The current building of Sanaei Cultural Center was converted from Abshar Bazaar to a center for cultural and artistic activities in 2003. This cultural center with an area of ​​1929 square meters includes various sections such as a Public Library, Children and Adolescents' Library, Kamal-ol-Molk Gallery, Men's and Women's Study Halls, a Conference Hall, Classes, and Offices.
